HOUSE RULES FOR ALL APARTMENTS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!
If you are going to stay with us we would like you to enjoy your visit.
Please remember that there may be other guests staying in the same building.
1. Strictly NO HOUSE PARTIES allowed! There are so many places in town
where you can go to have fun, you really don't need to stay in the apartment
and disturb any other guests by partying.
2. On entry to your apartment you will receive the keys and not be
disturbed for the remainder of your stay unless you call us. Key drop off at
the end of you visit can be done in person. Please note also that Loss of keys
will be charged at 25 euros fixed fee, which covers the cost of replacing the
keys and time lost for the inconvenience in doing so.
3. Smoking is not permitted ANYWHERE within the apartment itself. If you
feel you must smoke then please go outside. Once you have finished your
cigarette please wait at least 10 minutes more before you enter the apartment
again to assure you have expelled all the smoke from your lungs. Do not leave
rubbish or cigarette ends on the stairway to the annoyance of other guests.
4. We accept that a certain amount of cleaning will be necessary at the end
of your visit, however, the apartment must be kept as clean and tidy as
reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. Failure to comply to
this rule may mean forfeiting a surcharge for extra unwarranted cleaning. If
you do require extra cleaning during your stay we will be more than happy to
meet your needs. Standard fees will apply at the time of application.
5. When returning home in the early hours please respect that other guests
may already be sleeping.
6. Pets are not allowed unless this has been specifically agreed beforehand
with the owner of the apartment.
7. Check-in time: 14:00 at the earliest. Please understand that this could
vary according to client demand.
8. Check-out time: 12:00 noon at the latest. Failure to adhere to this time
may mean you being charged for extra hours occupancy or even a full day’s
rental.
9. Accepted payment methods: cash in Lithuanian Litas or Euros. All fees
are payable in advance of occupancy. Please note in some cases other payment
methods and conditions could be applied - details on inquiry.
10. Due to fluctuating exchange rates seasonal changes of prices are
possible. However, if you have already received a booking confirmation the
price will remain constant. A minimum 10% payment deposit or one night’s fee
(which ever is the lesser) will be made in advance to secure a reservation plus
5 EUR additional booking and administration fee.
11. Reservation cancellations: Reservation and booking fees paid for before
one weeks notice of occupancy may be refunded in part or whole but not less
than 1 week before the reserved period unless extreme circumstances prevail.
12. Please inform us beforehand if your intended stay is with children. We
do provide cots and baby chairs on request for your comfort.
13. Again: NO PARTIES within the apartment! We want you to have a good time
in our apartments. On rare occasions expulsion from apartments has been
necessary and created a most unpleasant experience for all concerned. Adherence
to this simple rule will avoid any unhappiness.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or queries
relating to a booking. On request we will inform you of all the necessary data
on any given accommodation. We'll also try to satisfy all your necessities
before your stay so please again contact us if you have any special needs or
would like any information on current events and happenings as last minute
requirements at short notice may be difficult to fulfill.
